The auto AC functions to help remove the humidity and heat from the interior of the vehicle. The automobile air conditioning system is powered by a belt and the AC compressor compresses the refrigerant to pump the pressurized refrigerant through the air conditioning system. The refrigerant is then delivered through a valve where the temperature and pressure are reduced. The refrigerant is now cool and passes into the interior of the vehicle after being pushed through the evaporator. Therefore the air that has been cooled will circulate into your vehicle. This cycle repeats itself after the refrigerant is returned to the compressor.
